Taylor Sheridan might be leaving Paramount soon for another major company, but he will be tackling one of the best-selling video game franchises of all time beforehand.

Per Deadline, Sheridan is set to co-write Call of Duty alongside Peter Berg, who is on board to direct the film based on the popular video game franchise. As noted by the trade, both Sheridan and Berg have been longtime friends, collaborating on the likes of Hell or High Water and Wind River. After developing a number of popular shows for Paramount, Sheridan leans back into his Sicario days with Call of Duty, which will surely be his biggest endeavor yet on the big screen.
