EXCLUSIVE: Action Xtreme and Trinity Content Partners have entered into a co-production and distribution pact aimed at financing, producing, and releasing a slate of independent feature films.
Under the agreement, Action Xtreme will oversee all stages of production — from development and principal photography through to post-production and delivery — while Trinity Content Partners will handle worldwide distribution, sales, and revenue management.
The two companies have said the initial slate will include three to four feature films produced over the next 18 months, with an option to expand the partnership to include additional projects. The first production is slated to commence in Q2 2026, with two scheduled for Q3 and Q4 of 2026.
“This partnership combines our production expertise with Trinity’s proven international distribution network,” Chee Keong Cheung, of Action Xtreme, said in a statement. “Together, we aim to deliver commercially strong, high-impact genre films that resonate with global audiences.”
Andy Lyon, Managing Director of Trinity Content Partners, added: “We’re thrilled to collaborate with Action Xtreme. This alliance is built on transparency, creativity, and a shared vision for producing independent films that punch above their weight in both quality and market potential.”
