Krysten Ritter, who will reprise her fan-favorite MCU role in Daredevil: Born Again Season 2, is set to play a drug-dealing queenpin in a trippy new throwback action thriller. Set during the 1980s, the film centers on a young woman at odds against a powerful drug lord, who she also happens to be romantically involved with, leading her on a path for some bloody revenge.
Vertical has unleashed the official trailer for Stone Cold Fox, which stars Ritter, Kiernan Shipka, and Kiefer Sutherland. Shipka plays Fox, a young woman who escapes from an abusive commune headed by a drug lord named Goldie, played by Ritter. However, Fox is forced back to the life she left behind in order to save her little sister, who has been taken hostage. Sutherland plays a dirty cop hired by Goldie to go after Fox, leading to an all-out chase and some exciting fight sequences, as seen in the footage. Check out the trailer below.
Set to release in theaters on November 7, Sophie Tabet makes her feature-length directorial with Stone Cold Fox, co-writing the script alongside Julia Roth based on a story by Tabet, Roth and Jonathan Craven.
