November can be a relatively slow month for the box office, falling after the summer blockbuster season and just before the holidays. Yet there will never be a shortage of great films hitting the movie theaters, with November bringing a few anticipated sequels and reboots, as well as a surprising number of new and original titles to the big screen. To help you decide what to see in theaters, we’ve listed all the must-watch films coming next month. Below that, you will find a comprehensive list of all movies, including limited releases, scheduled for release in theaters in November 2025.

‘Predator: Badlands’

In Theaters November 7

Set on the alien world of Kalisk, Predator: Badlands looks to offer up a new take on the franchise. The sci-fi action epic follows Dek, a young Yautja (Predator), who forms an unlikely alliance with Thia, a synthetic human played by Elle Fanning, after being abandoned by his tribe because of his small size.

Together, the two navigate a treacherous landscape, confronting various creatures and apex predators. A fresh perspective on the franchise, Predator: Badlands marks the seventh film in the iconic sci-fi series, following Dan Trachtenberg’s fan-favorite entry, Prey. Predator: Badlands will be available in theaters on November 7.

‘Nuremberg’

In Theaters November 7

Director James Vanderbilt tackles a harrowing and pivotal point in history, the Nuremberg Trials. The film centers around army psychiatrist Dr. Douglas Kelley (Rami Malek), who is tasked to see if Nazi official Hermann Göring (Russell Crowe) is fit to stand trial for his crimes. The movie is based on the 2013 novel The Nazi and the Psychiatrist by Jack El-Hai. Set to be a compelling drama, backed by standout performances from Rami Malek and Russell Crowe, Nuremberg promises to be a challenging yet rewarding cinematic experience. Nuremberg will be in theaters on November 7.

Die My Love premiered at Cannes and received a nine-minute standing ovation and critical praise. Notably, Jennifer Lawrence’s performance has been hailed as the best of her career. A unique visual style that focuses on capturing intense emotions, Die, My Love may be your next indie obsession. Die, My Love will be in theaters on November 7.

‘Christy’

In Theaters November 7

David Michôd’s biographical sports drama, Christy, places Sydney Sweeney in the boxing shoes of Christy Martin, an athlete who made waves and pushed boundaries in the sport in the 1990s. The film chronicles her struggles trying to make a name in the male-dominated sport and her abusive relationship with her coach-turned husband Jim Martin (Ben Foster).

Sydney Sweeney’s transformation for the role, and its tactful exploration of themes of abuse and finding identity in a male-dominated space, made the film an early critical darling at its premiere at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival. Christy is in theaters on November 7.

‘Now You See Me: Now You Don’t’

In Theaters November 14

The Now You See Me franchise has dominated in China but has been poorly received by American audiences. The last film earned only $65.1 million domestically, compared to $97.1 million in China.

To try to inject new life into the franchise, Now You See Me: Now You Don’t brings in some fresh faces, with the Four Horsemen (Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco, and Isla Fisher) employing a new generation of magicians/thieves to help them steal the “Heart Diamond” from a powerful crime syndicate. Will this be the jolt that Now You See Me: Now You Don’t need to get fans reinvested? We’ll have to wait and see. Now You See Me: Now You Don’t is in theaters on November 14.

‘The Running Man’

In Theaters November 14

In what is easily the most highly anticipated film of November 2025, Edgar Wright looks to put his own spin on the Stephen King novel-turned-cinematic classic, The Running Man. Here, Ben Richards (Glen Powell) is a working-class man who enters a deadly competition as a “runner,” forced to try to stay alive for 30 days as bloodthirsty assassins try to track him down while the public cheers on his demise; that is, until Ben Richards starts doing the unbelievable and begins winning. It can be challenging to approach a remake of a classic, but here, the team behind the project has certainly got fans excited to give The Running Man another try. The Running Man is in theaters on November 14.

‘Jay Kelly’

In Theaters November 14

A Netflix Original movie, set to hit theaters before its December debut on the streaming platform, Jay Kelly follows the titular character, played by George Clooney, who, despite having found great success as an actor, feels something is missing from his life. With so many regrets, news of his mentor’s death prompts Jay to embark on a soul-searching journey across Europe alongside his manager, Ron (Adam Sandler).

Noah Baumbach’s previous work, including Marriage Story and The Meyerowitz Stories, should clue viewers in to the comedy-drama’s thought-provoking approach. Jay Kelly is in theaters on November 14 and will be available on Netflix starting December 5.

‘Keeper’

In Theaters November 14

Osgood Perkins’ latest, Keeper, has been kept somewhat ambiguous about its plot. What horror fans know is that the film stars Tatiana Maslany as Liz and Rossif Sutherland as Malcolm, a couple who head to a secluded cabin for their anniversary but uncover some unspeakable evil during their stay.

After films like The Monkey and Longlegs, Osgood Perkins’ name alone is enough to draw audiences to theaters. We can’t blame them either, with the potential new horror hit a welcome addition to theaters in an otherwise less-than-spooky month. Keeper is in theaters on November 14.

The catch? The rebellious teenagers are the DEA’s kids. A clever twist on a tried and true plot and explosive action with Bautista in the lead, what more would action fans want? ‘Wicked: For Good’

In Theaters November 21

Wicked: For Good, the highly anticipated sequel, which will likely soon have fans begging for a sing-along release, hardly needs an introduction or hype to bring in those already excited to see it in theaters. Five years after the events of Wicked, Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo) has been given the moniker “Wicked Witch of the West” and remains a fugitive fighting for others’ rights.

Meanwhile, Glinda (Ariana Grande) has risen into power in her own role as “Glinda the Good,” leading to an inevitable confrontation between the two. Fans can expect much of the same, and more, with new songs to help capture the magic and emotion of the world of Oz. Wicked: For Good is in theaters on November 21.

‘The Thing With Feathers’

In Theaters November 28

In The Thing with Feathers, an illustrator known only as “Dad,” played by Benedict Cumberbatch, must care for his two sons while coping with the trauma of losing his wife. While he tries to rebuild his life, a crow, voiced by David Thewlis, jumps from one of his works and begins to torment him further.

Based on the novel by Max Porter, which was praised for its poetic, emotionally poignant exploration of loss, The Thing With Feathers promises to be a thought-provoking story of grief blending elements of dark fantasy. The Thing With Feathers is in theaters on November 28.
