Shivarajakumar one of the leading and famous actor from south India and presently leads the sandalwood ( kannada industry). He popularly knwon as shivanna. He made place in the heart of the people with the great down to earth attitude.
Shivarajkumar’s real name is Nagaraju Shiva Putta Swamy; born on 12 July 1961, better known as the nickname Shivanna, hattrick hero, Jogi, bajarangi, is an Indian film actor, producer, and TV presenter. He is well-known for his work in Sandalwood( Kannada Cinema). He is the oldest son of the legendary actor Dr Rajkumar, Vara-Nata. He served the Kannada film industry For nearly three decades and has appeared in over 125 films.
Shivanna ( Shivarakumar ) was born in Madras (now Chennai), Tamil Nadu; actor Rajkumar and film producer Parvathamma as the youngest of five children. He is very talented in school and did a lot of dance shows during his college days. Shiva attended school by T. Nagar, Chennai and then attended New College, Chennai.
His siblings are Raghavendra Rajkumar, a film producer and former actor from Kannada, and Puneeth Rajkumar, an actor in the film Kannada. His younger brother Punit Rajkumar, well-known for his acting and stoical service, passed away recently; it is a significant loss for the Indian film industry.
On the initial day, he was not at all interested in acting. Still, At the request of Director K. Balachander, Shivanna attended a drama institute in Chennai after completing his studies at the University of Madras in 1983. After training on Kuchipudi dancing by Vempetti Chinni Sathyam in Chennai as part of his university studies, he entered the Film Industry Kannada film called Anand along with shruthi. After this, he gave back to back 3 hit films And got the name Hattrick hero
Shivanna was married to Geeta Bangarappa. She is the daughter of the former prime minister in Karnataka, S. Bangarappa. The couple has two daughters, Niveditha as well as Nirupama. He was the second actor from Kannada to purchase Maruti 800.
